Cups sold by type
Click a tile to see its sales detail. Retail = the two bean SKUs we sell pre-portioned (Deterra Pearl Brazil, Warmth Blend Monogram) — counted in bags, not cups, and not included in the coffee-usage totals below since they leave the shop unused.
Coffee bean usage — espresso
Cups = drinks sold with that bean. Shots used = cups (1 shot per cup, regardless of single/double) + Extra Shot add-ons (each occurrence counted as +1, wherever it appears — including on non-coffee items like Chai, since it still pulls from Monogram, or from Adventure/DAK if the extra shot names that bean). "Single Shot" doesn't change usage — the machine pulls the same shot either way.

Pour Over — by bean
Pour Over doesn't use a modifier for bean choice — the bean is baked into the item name (e.g. "DAK Pour Over", "Pour Over Hatch Alo"), so it's grouped by name here.

Usage Calculator
Enter your batch recipe once per item — how much product one batch uses and how many cups it yields. From actual cups sold, this works out how many batches had to be made, total product used, and leftover (made but unsold) waste. Covers batch-brewed coffee (Drip / Cold Brew / specialty flavors) and batch-made Matcha / Hojicha.
Total coffee usage
Rolls up everything above — espresso beans (Monogram/Decaf/Half Caf/Adventure), Pour Over, and batch brew (Drip/Cold Brew/specialty flavors) — into one total. Retail bag sales are excluded (not consumed in-house).
